I help my team with the development of content for our social media accounts, monitor and interact with online communities, develop blog content, and complete monthly social metrics and competitor analyses. I also contribute to our website's backend, reviewing program content, and program design. My proudest achievement has been helping my team plan and execute our World Day of Remembrance event within three weeks start to finish. We were able to create an online presence and digitally engage the community, while also having a physical presence at Westfield Parramatta while we distributed our remembrance gifts and procured more community input.

I worked within a small team to help develop and distribute our social media content, monitor and interact with online communities, to develop blog content.I used a number of platforms to help the team achieve our goals, including Canva, Meet Edgar, and HubSpot.

I assisted with design and scheduling of social media posts, development of an email database for media contacts, monitored online media and kept a running log of FSA's media appearances. I worked with Canva, Meltwater, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Eventbrite.
