As Director of Development I led opportunities for donors to support The Parklands that made them proud and excited about the impact they were making. I was responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for annual sustainability of The Parklands of Floyds Fork, a donor-supported public park. I oversaw fundraising functions including the annual fund/membership campaign, corporate sponsorships, grants, and major fundraising events,. Additionally, I led communications and marketing strategy to drive home the “donor-supported public park” message and build a strong network of constituents and advocates for the park.

I began as Communications Coordinator for The Parklands in July of 2012 and was promoted to Communications Manager in 2014. In this role I built digital and print communications tools for the budding park system and began building a community of constituents for park programs and initiatives. My efforts built a system of in-park, online, and social media platforms that advanced The Parklands' identity and visibility not only locally, but also regionally and nationally. My responsibilities including media relations, community outreach, digital and social communications, marketing, public relations, and on-site park communications and signage for The Parklands of Floyds Fork, one of the nation's largest public park projects.www.theparklands.org

As an Account Manager I was responsible for developing and maintaining the strategic relationship between the agency and the clients with whom I worked. I played the role of project manager and handled day-to-day communications and customer service. I worked with clients such as Bellarmine University, Rudd Equipment, Hillerich & Bradsby, Sun Tan City, McAllister’s Deli, Humana, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, The Money Store, Charlotte's Jewelry, Quik Pawn, SCHOTT Home Tech and Blessings in a Backpack.

At ABInBEV I was responsible for building relationships with contemporary adult on-premise accounts in the Louisville, KY area. I was involved in planning and selling-in both national and grass-roots promotions as well as providing accounts with appropriate POS materials.

As Account Coordinator at PW I worked on the daily management of the Brown-Forman wines account, focusing on POS advertising and partnerships. My primary responsibilities included client service as well as researching and pitching partners for various promotions and brand initiatives.

TB is a direct marketing agency specializing in the automotive Industry. While at TB I was responsible for managing individual and regional direct mail campaigns from conception to mailing.
