• Initiate, plan and project manage annual cultivation programs to bring potential donors into Baycrest and meet our successful doctors and services.
• Identify and solicit hundreds of prospects for the Capital Campaign.

• Effectively sourced and secured major donations ranging from $1,000 to $100,000 each from community members, family foundations and corporations.
• Conducted cold calls to develop new lucrative partnerships for various charities.
• One-on-one meetings with over 200 community leaders to meet and introduce them to the first digital hospital scheduled to be built in Toronto.
• Sourced and met with influential people to engage them in the plans for the new hospital and the Hospital’s four annual signature programs.
• Successfully established and stewarded relationships with sponsors, companies and individual donors for various charities’ programs.

• Increased the number of donors by over 20% in lucrative divisions including lawyers, accountants, women’s campaign, doctors, dentists and other business professionals.
• Key player in the team that raised $80 million in 2008 – up from $42 million in 2001 – through fundraising, volunteer programs and direct solicitation at United Jewish Appeal.
• Developed and launched The Partners Circle – a minimum gift level of $3,600 in the professionals division. Held an annual prestigious dinner for these donors.
• Led 8 trips to Israel for high potential professionals as part of donor cultivation.
• Increased donations by 190% over an eight year period through fundraising, volunteer programs and direct solicitation.
• Responsible for raising half a million dollars in sponsorship annually for the Walk with Israel.

• Developed and implemented B’nai Brith Canada’s “Used Clothing Program” - their largest year-round fundraising program.
• Instrumental in the success of the “Award of Merit Dinners” for B’nai Brith Canada, honouring community leaders including Peter Godsoe, Paul Godfrey, Wallace McCain and A. Charles Baillie. Each event raised over $1.
