As a Contact Center Advisor at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council (RCTCBC), I provide excellent customer service and support to the residents and visitors of the county. I use my communication skills, both written and oral, to handle a variety of queries, complaints, and requests, and to deliver accurate and timely information. I also collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.I graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Media and Communications, where I learned about the media industry, history, journalism, and business. I also participated in extra-curricular activities, such as running for the Student Union elections, where I gained confidence in my public speaking abilities and developed my own campaign policies. I am passionate about media and communication, and I aim to apply my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in my role and in my community.
