I finally decided to take my own advice and made the choice to live the life that made me happy and work in a career that I loved.I’ve coached and mentored some of the top talent in the healthcare communications industry, and it became clear to me that being smart was no longer enough to be successful. Sure, being smart matters, but how would you define smart in a world where kids who can’t legally drink can be titans of business?
