My therapy modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neurofeedback, (Brain regulation with the use of computer software), Motivational Interviewing, and Individual and Group Therapy.I have the personal and professional experience to help individuals address a wide variety of diagnoses. I specialize in working with women with alcohol and addiction issues.My philosophy is to support an individual's recovery plan, providing treatment modalities, which are therapeutic, educational and diverse to support effective personal modification. I work with local physicians, to support and monitor ongoing medication management. I have extensive experience working with the legal system and provide detailed Court Related Assessments and Driver License Assessments.
