Ellen Greiper has 26 years of experience defending multi-party construction defect cases in the federal and state courts of New York. She has litigated, through trial, high-exposure premises liability and labor law cases as well as large personal injury matters.Ellen brings a unique perspective to the handling of complex litigation by proactively taking the lead and moving litigants through a streamlined discovery process toward effective and expedited resolutions. She has also spoken at legal organizations on emerging topics in the general liability and construction arenas. Ellen has been appointed arbitrator for the district courts in Nassau County hearing no-fault and contract claims, as well as arbitrating attorney fee disputes brought in the Supreme Court.
