Sagitta training and implementation activities for new and existing Vertafore clients.

Provided implementation & training resources to large new business accounts on the Vertafore Sagitta Agency Management System. Also provided followup training as needed and was often requested for followup training particularly when agencies acquired additional offices.Managed the implementation and training of Sagitta software for national and local clients, both on-site and via Webex, and coordinated the efforts of all involved departments to ensure a successful implementation of the software.Provided necessary training resources to successfully complete implementation of the Sagitta management system.
