Elleni is an attorney licensed to practice in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. Elleni currently works with both the Financial Services and Corporate practice groups at Squire Patton Boggs. She has worked on transactional projects for both public and private companies in a variety of industries, including banking and financial services, technology, insurance, manufacturing, renewable energy, automotive, private equity and consulting. She advises clients on capital markets programs, corporate governance and securities matters, M&A transactions, debt financing, unclaimed property audits, and regulatory insurance matters. Elleni attended Cornell Law School, where her courseload overlapped with the graduate MBA program, and received her JD with concentration in Business Law and Regulation. Elleni was actively involved in school, serving as the Secretary of the Latino American Law Students Association and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Additionally, she served as an Online Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and as a student ambassador for the Department of Admissions. Prior to law school, Elleni was a professional dancer and arts administrator in New York City. She was represented by one of the leading dance agencies, Bloc NYC, in both commercial dance and musical theatre. Additionally, she worked in the Educational Programs Department at Broadway Dance Center, one of the preeminent professional dance studios in the country and traveled as a dance assistant on national tours with leading dance conventions. She graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (dual-degree). Elleni was a student-athlete on the nationally-ranked Ohio State Dance Team and worked for The Ohio State Department of Athletics.
