About Ellen Jimenez

I have worked in the hospitality field for 29+ years. I began my hospitality career as a front desk agent and night auditor in Salt Lake City, UT. I loved being able to welcome our visitors to our community and I quickly wanted to learn more. I have been able to work in several departments to include: Banquets, Housekeeping, as a Front Desk Supervisor, a Catering Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, Sales Manager and Director of Sales. I love how we can take a guest's dream on paper and make it a masterpiece of memories for both them and our team. I love my job and love that we can be the first and last impression a guest has of our community, our hotel and our brand.I have a huge passion and respect for our men, women and families who serve for a greater good, such as our communities and our country. They signed a dotted line to protect us, nameless faces. I have had the honor of serving in leadership roles with organizations and Chambers to support, honor and advocate for our military missions and installations, for our service members and their families. I believe that we all make a difference, with our communities, with each other. We have a responsibility to be a part and make a difference in our communities. This can be achieved through engagement, involvement, networking, experience, culture and giving back to those who give so much.
