Lead social media practice for Rosetta’s Paid, Owned, Earned Media department. Responsible for developing and maintaining social strategy, cross channel amplification, content creation and curation and advocacy for Samsung Mobile USA. Analyze social media listening and monitoring data to inform brand marketing initiatives. Collaborate with multiple departments including Planning, Creative, Tech, Analytics and Account Management to realize client goals. Provide insight on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Linkedin, Instagram and other emerging social media platforms best practices. Recommend latest social media tools to streamline data and deliver actionable results.
