With over ten years of supply chain experience, I am currently the Supply & Inventory Planning Director for Latin America, Pacific, Men's & Jordan at Nike. In this role, I lead a team of planners to optimize the supply and inventory of key products and categories across the region, ensuring responsiveness to consumer demand and alignment with business goals. Previously, I was the Supply & Inventory Planning Director for Responsive & Optimization in APLA at Nike, where I drove the strategy and execution of supply chain initiatives to enhance speed, agility, and efficiency. I also completed the Global Leadership Development Program at Nike, a two-year rotational program that exposed me to different functions and geographies within the company's integrated supply chain. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in team management, supply chain management, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration. I hold an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, and I'm a Dare to Lead Trained professional. Within Nike, I lead Communications for Women of Operations, a volunteer organization with a mission to serve women in our global supply chain community.
