Our current healthspan in the US is shorter by +10 years than the average lifespan. I’m dedicated to reimagining the second half of life through behavior change for healthspan and wellspan. We can leverage health habits and mindset to take advantage of the extra decades of life. I help wellness entrepreneurs to motivate their customers with a unique combination: specific techniques for behavior and habits, as well as UX writing for digital interfaces. I coach individuals and teams on the importance of taking action - no matter how small - and offer techniques for lasting resilience and adaptability.I spent decades doing communications for behavior change. I was a content creator in healthcare, generating physician education, patient education and health education experiences. We told people what they need to do for their wellbeing and why it mattered… but HOW to take action on that information was never talked about. Designing new behaviors and mindsets can provide that missing link for adding life to our years.. This is my encore career. I've practiced the Tiny Habits method for over 10 years, becoming certified as a coach in 2019. I coach on the Thrive Global platform and have a certificate in UX Writing. Additionally I serve as a Peer Educator for the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, raising awareness on the growing public health problem of osteoporosis and life-changing fractures.
