Events Coordinator
- Manage and execute world wide tradeshows: event staff meetings, budget preparation, pre-event logistics, exhibit design, production of promotional materials, shipments, on-site coordination, company representation.
- Search, negotiate, contract hotel room blocks, meeting rooms, sponsorships, F&B, and excursions
- Support all facets of corporate events ranging from 100 – 500 attendees
- Research trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorship, and speaking opportunities
