Services include: -spend analysis and category optimization-targeted contract negotiations and facilitation of sourcing events-procurement organizational design and policy-procedure development including ethics policy-staff training

Initiated global sourcing and procurement program for the IT department to consolidate hardware, software, infrastructure, services, and telecomm spend across the enterprise in response to a company initiative to implement a single global ERP system. Developed policy and procedure, negotiated ERP license with SAP, systems integrator services with IBM, negotiated hardware contract with Dell, outsourced enterprise data center to IBM, negotiated new enterprise agreement with Microsoft, and negotiated all bolt on software.
