Project managed the acquistion, installation and configuation of a multi site radiology IT system (RIS/PACS).Project management of a multi site healthcare accreditation and ISO 9001:2015 certification program.Occasional external surveyor for other healthcare institutions to assess compliance with international healthcare accreditation standards.
