Although finance and wellness might seem like an unusual combination, they complement each other perfectly. My journey spans leadership, program development, teaching, and health coaching, all with a commitment to helping others achieve better health. These efforts have not only fostered a healthier workplace but have also earned recognition, highlighting the success and impact of our wellness program.
