As the top provider of Laughter Yoga Leader Certification training in Oklahoma and 5 surrounding states I am privileged to meet and train some outstanding people. I love teaching, especially about laughter. Since 2007 sharing this intentional laughter exercise protocol has been my passion. With a degree in Food science and Nutrition my journey is focused now on practical nutrition, simple eating with whole foods, home grown when possible. I see laughing exercises as food for mind, emotions and a physiological boost to the immune system, cardiovascular health, oxygen uptake improvement. My love for sharing with seniors has dominated my corporate laughter contracts, training engagements and specialized in sessions. I have presented to some statewide professional conventions, many support groups, monthly club meetings, state and county wellness agencies and more. All ages and abilities have enjoyed laughing with these fun exercises developed at Laughter Yoga International in India. I was trained by Madan Kataria, MD, the founder of Laughter Yoga as a teacher/trainer in 2010. My daily laughter habit has profoundly changed and improved my life and I am constantly hearing from others I have taught about their own improvements. I love to laugh!
