I am a business coach, consultant and facilitator with proven ability to enable enterprise and innovation capability. Over the past 20 years I have worked with hundreds of creative and social entrepreneurs to design and grow sustainable businesses that make creative, social and commercial impact. I care about social justice and helping to make change, especially in working class communities like the one I grew up in. And love to work with creative social entrepreneurs and organisations that place their communites at the heart of their decision-making.Taking a collaborative approach with my clients, I apply coaching, creative facilitation, startup methodology and traditional business development tools to foster a more entrepreneurial approach to leadership and change.
