As a trained Vistage Chair, I facilitate confidential peer advisory groups for CEOs/Presidents and Key Executives from non-completing industries. ​During our monthly meetings, we discuss members’ most pressing business issues, examine opportunities, share ideas, and gain insight from each other. I have the privilege of leading about 30 people who solve the most extraordinarily complex marketing challenges for clients every day. I have led the team to improve profitability and align around a core vision and brand. Some have told me I inspired them to do things they didn't think they could do (my personal mission). As COO, I led clients, implemented the vision of the CEO and won new business. We won 10 accounts in the two years I was COO. I'm especially proud of winning back a client 90 days after we initially lost the pitch. We did it via a smart strategy, a direct approach, honesty and humility, and ultimately by building trust. They're still a client and we're achieving record results for them.

I led a group of the largest accounts in the agency, especially focused on education, non-profit/social, and manufacturing. I consistently increased revenue for clients and for the agency by introducing new ideas and leading the team to implement successfully. I'm most proud of the work we did for Walden University because I led the pitch and developed the strategy to win the account and establish their brand. We grew brand awareness 300% and increased enrollment 34%.
