After nearly 20 years in executive roles, I decided to create my own change and founded Moore Creative Strategies, a coaching practice that focuses on building better leaders. We ask powerful questions, infuse creativity into business, and habituate the skills needed to lead change. We help chief executives coach and strengthen themselves and their next leadership.Whether leading a multi-state retail business, an advertising agency, a $28MM travel company, or a group of executives, I’ve experienced the challenge of leading well. Throughout my career, I have worked to fill the enormous gap of creativity in business, lead by asking insightful questions, and support leaders at all levels in growing within their positions. That’s why I am also a Vistage Chair. Vistage is a whole-leader experience where executives share challenges and get ideas and different perspectives from non-competing executive peers. In my CEO/Business Owner group, we collaborate to create the energy to do the impossible. I dig into issues and ask the right questions that open minds to new approaches. I'm known as the most optimistic Chair in the BWI region.
