I worked with the small L'Oreal Luxe press office team on brands such as Kiehl's, Giorgio Armani, Urban Decay and Clarisonic. Projects over the year have given me a deep insight into the blog and vlog sector within Ireland. During my time working in Searsons team work was key. This city centre bar and restaurant, is a very busy, and sometimes stressful and challenging environment. I always ensured I kept a professional, helpful and friendly level of customer service, which I feel was key to my success within this organisation. I had to deal first hand with customer complaints and liaise with the relevant staff and management to ensure satisfactory conclusions to sometimes negative situations. I was also delegated the task of training in new wait staff.
