Youth & Innovation Project aims to understand and amplify the positive social, environmental and economic impact young people, 15 to 25 years old, have on organizations, communities and systems.

Improved badminton abilities of over 60 athletes (based on parental feedback), through demonstrating badminton techniques, recognizing individual athlete’s strengths and weaknesses and motivating athletes during tournaments.• Achieved regional coaching certificate and currently working towards national level certification.

Shad Leader:- Provided STEAM workshops for over 400 students Grade 6-8 to inspire their love for STEAM and connect them to Shad Values- Worked as a Program Assistant for the Shad Waterloo.- Establishing meaningful connections with young people and university-aged peers through building, broadening, and sharing a passion for STEAM, social change, and community-building.- Initiating a Shad Campus Club at the University of AlbertaUBC Shad 2022 Alumni:A month long program where high school students access to university level STEAM and entrepreneurship content as well as access to mentors.- Gives students experience with entrepreneurship and let them collaborate in design teams,
