I am an Instructional Designer at Grocery Outlet, a leading extreme-value retailer in the US, with experience in learning and development. I hold a BcID certification, which demonstrates my mastery of applying neuroscience and psychology principles to optimize learning outcomes and retention. In my current role, I create and maintain world-class training for our Independent Operators, who run their own stores and are the heart of our business.
