As a private college counseling group, College Click strives to make college planning clear and easy by helping clients find the right choice for their situation. Students and parents often tell us the work we do helps them relax and enjoy the myriad of options they have. We love working with our students and their families and aim to make our work together clear, informative, and fun.

YOUniquely Written helps students figure out what really matters to them so they author authentic essays and submit compelling applications that showcase their best selves--be it for college, scholarships, internships, or a first job. I love helping high school students discover why they are amazing and how to show it! The self-knowledge and skills students take from the process benefit them far beyond their well-earned acceptance letters and offers. This work is about empowerment; that’s why I believe every student deserves access to a great college counselor.

I'm honored to sit on this 60-member board, which oversees 10+ sites, a $13M budget, and 175 full-time employees to deliver after-school, wrap-around services to 1,700 youth (ages 6-18). I currently focus on governance and board member engagement. In addition, I voluntarily mentor BGCSF College Prep students working on scholarship and college applications.I began my Board tenure by creating the organization's first comprehensive Governor's Orientation Handbook. I've been recognized as "Best Board Member" and co-chaired the Marketing Committee, a "Best Committee". Co-leading the marketing committee's 2009 brand identity development remains one of my most gratifying collaborative creative endeavors to date. Members of the marketing committee teamed up with gifted advertising professionals who donated $500,000 of service to help BGCSF launch a new brand, an advertising campaign, and two website redesigns.

I took a Leave Of Absense from my BGCSF Board seat to oversee the Development and Marketing departments while BGCSF sought a permanent Director of Development. During my stint, I facilitated deliberations and oversaw PR with the City's Mayor and Attorney's Offices for the construction of a multi-million dollar Willie Mays Clubhouse in Hunter's Point. I also produced BGCSF's Annual Report and quarterly newsletters under budget, managed staff turnover, and set up my successor's orientation.

The Lycée's 17-seat board oversees Pre-K to 12 bilingual curricula and maintains both American independent school accreditation and the French Ministry of Education's "Convention" status.

I engaged and supported 30+ partners who use StriveTogether's collective impact model to make educational equity a reality in Marin. The partnership works across multiple segments--government, business, philanthropy, non-profit organizations and citizens--to tackle deeply entrenched, complex social problems.

I developed messaging for a nationally-recognized college access and success organization that gives low-income students the inspiration, guidance, and resources they need to get to and through college.

I received the CMO's “Unsung Hero” award for implementing an operationally complex marketing pilot program. The project's success hinged on managing technical details across dozens of multi-functional departments. The team closed 80% (47,000) of eligible customer’s low-balance accounts and came 25% under budget. My comprehensive 80-page summary served as the platform for the program's subsequent development.

I joined this human resources and benefits management firm's first executive training program. I crafted educational materials, investing seminars and quarterly benefits newsletters to empower Fortune 500 employees to save for retirement.

As a full-service, in-house ad agency, Fidelity Advertising Agency gave me experience on both the "client" and "agency" sides. I acquired project management and technical production skills on-the-job and was promoted to successive positions in print, collateral, and direct mail. During my tenure, I invented the department's first project archiving system and championed a new hire orientation that cut training time by 50%. I also voluntarily earned NASD licenses through self-study to serve as a mutual fund sales rep during peak call volume. When I resigned to attend Kellogg's MBA program, I was managing a seven-member team that annually produced promotional material worth $12 million. I also loved to perform in the company-sponsored "Fidelity Follies" musical revue every year.
