I am a Client Success Manager at M&G Graphics, a leading provider of graphic design and printing services. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Augustana College, where I graduated in May 2022. I have a passion for strategic planning, creative branding, and effective communication, and have developed competencies in graphic design, Canva, and pitching.In my current role, I have implemented updated marketing and communications channel brand strategies to attract potential customers, developed a multi-social channels strategy and a company culture plan, and have continued efforts towards the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. I have also collaborated with PR executives and creative agencies on various projects, such as a social ambassador campaign, a digital marketing strategy, and a new national alcohol product launch. I have contributed to the research, content creation, event planning, and media pitching aspects of these projects, demonstrating my expertise in marketing and public relations. I am motivated by creating innovative and impactful solutions for clients and consumers, valuing diversity, collaboration, and learning.
