As I've aged, so have my clients! I now serve women who may be in transitions between work and retirement, having children at home and being empty nesters, betwixt and between relationships, and ready . . . oh so ready . . . to have rich, connected relationships with themselves and those they are closest to i the time of life where we get to use the wisdom of time and our own journeys to guide us.

For more than 10 years, I helped capable women—especially moms and grandmothers of children with medical diagnoses—lead more connected, calmer, joyful lives so they would have the energy to identify have fulfilling lives that included but were not exclusively in the care of their families. Parenting can bring with it isolation and utter depletion, at least that was my experience when my child experienced medical issues at birth. I coached parents and families in ways to make connections with themsleves and others while not sacrificing what is most important to their families.
