Being interested in the impact of digital innovation, I prefer to design digital products and services focusing on human needs, to help companies transform their businesses starting from the way they interact with customers. I would like to focus on understanding human behaviour, goals and needs, and translating those into possible products and services to launch to the market.I am an interaction designer with at least 3 years design experience in the UK and China. I have undertaken several internships with responsibility for UI & UX design, such as interaction design intern at Procter & Gamble Greater London Innovation Centre and user experience designer at Lenovo Research Institution. My work encompasses the full extent of the design process. I have been collaborating from the discovery and user research phase to the design synthesis and concept generation until detailed design guidelines for hand-off for implementation, as well as building prototypes/demos by myself sometimes.I am passionate about user experience design and fascinated by the possibility of affecting positively people’s daily life with my work.
