As a Customer Service Specialist, I handled inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, providing information, and offering solutions.With the contact center skills I developed, I am able to manage multiple channels and platforms, and easily able to adapt to different situations and customer needs. I also collaborated with my team and other departments to ensure quality and efficiency of my/our work. Working in this particular role, I learnt that I enjoy helping people and building strong relationships.
