I used my analysis to build various informative visuals for my team reflecting where their hours were being spent during each PI. As an Industrial Engineering Intern at The Walt Disney Company I focused lots of time performing “sweeps” in the parks during peak periods and ticketed events. These "sweeps" consisted of walking throughout the parks noting any areas of crowding, congestion, and extended queues. I also conducted data analysis using attendance data to justify changes in the park as well as for a deep dive on a specific attraction to formulate efficiency recommendations. Lastly, I designed and conducted time studies to capture the laundry and costuming process to assist in future planning.
