As coordinator, responsible for the organization and planning of all research projects, and coordination of the running activities in the group of research associates. Taking care of the planning, capacity utilization, data collection, documentation of SOP’s and storage of samples and data. Drafting cost calculations and invoices for financial management. Besides coordinating the research projects, involved in the planning of innovation projects aiming to implement assays from research to patient diagnostics.Managing a number of research associates during their daily jobs and combine office work with laboratory work.
