As a bilingual, woman, minority, veteran small business owner, I am most passionate about giving back to my communities. We are doing this via the most simplistic means possible…education and awareness! Many of us think we cannot or don’t have the resources to obtain “xyz” in our lives. Understanding that yes, in some cases both of those can be true, BUT most often times I’ve found that WE are the only ones standing in our own ways! So as a business owner, standing in our own way…how can we be sure we aren’t standing in the way of others (our employees)?
