I have experience in sales, where i worked for EDF energy. During this role I worked towards targets as a group and also individually which I hit every week.

During this role i worked in the main reception area preparing the patients notes and booking appointments. I have a great telephone manner as this was essential to the job. I greeted the patients with a friendly manner and reassured nervous patients and also did basic clerical duties and tasks. i complied with procedures rules and regualtions and data protection and also kept the reception area safe and clean.I prepared letters and documents and also took payments.
