Administrative sciences and management student at the University of Lapland.Spent a year in the army before university and learned a lot about working with people with different mindsets, also learned many important lessons about leadership and became better at it. I was promoted as a sergeant in the army and it proved especially to myself that hard and selfless work pays off.I have also run youth camps and they have taught me a lot about planning and leading a group of youngsters and taking responsibility.Love to work with different personalities and solve problems.
