I primarily work remote during the planning process but truly shine on-site for events. Project based/seasonal salary preferred.Things I can do for your new non-profit business…Design, plan and execute most aspects of your annual meeting leaving you the brainpower to focus on the actual content of your program. This includes…- Assist in designing the events timeline, flow, and implement strategies to meet organizational goals.- Negotiate contracts with hotel and vendors to secure food and beverage catering, audio/visual needs, entertainment, photographers/videographers, etc.- Communicate with attendees regarding room requirements or meal restrictions- Budget accordingly and keep you well informed of financial commitments and deadlines- Track event goals and provide feedback for future events and a detailed timeline and tasks list for future repeat meetings- Assist in planning other events that require hotel room blocks, private dinners, meetings or catering such as visits to Capitol Hill, board meetings, fundraisers, etc.
