- Supervised Interns for Bellevue College OLS, Teens in Public Service, and Bellevue Big Picture. Kept informed on L&I, HR regulations, and insurance requirements; managed payroll; and coordinated disability accommodations for intern team.- Recruit, train, and schedule over 1,500 new volunteers every year, manage over 1,200 active volunteers, and schedule over 250 critical weekly volunteer slots. - Developed a new marketing and recruitment approach which prevented the cancellation of the 2022 Summer Camps. In response, volunteer numbers in camp broke records in 2023 and 2024.- Designed and established the first teen volunteer recognition awards in 2023, the “Teen of the Year” and “Rising Star” awards.- Developed curriculum for and taught volunteer orientations for 30 volunteers at 20+ sessions annually and taught hands-on horse handling trainings twice per week for new volunteers.- Designed and implemented a new Holiday Campaign in 2021 on Facebook and Instagram which generated over $3k in donated Amazon Wish List items in the 12 days leading up to Christmas by featuring a new horse and their “Christmas wish”.
