• Supports the management and maintenance of people processes including Talent Reviews, Performance Reviews, Goal Setting, 360s, and 360 coaching.• Collects data related to our people processes as well as Learning and Talent Initiatives. • Provides project support during Performance Review campaigns and 360 campaigns. • Executes on the change management plan for people processes. • Serves as a system administrator and supports the ongoing configuration, implementation and maintenance of RaceTrac’s Learning & Talent Management Software System. • Supports with the basic configuration of performance objects in RaceTrac’s Learning & Talent Management Software system including performance reviews, talent reviews, and 360 evaluations.• Executes on strategy behind accountability with compliance. Follows up with groups as needed.• Supports governance of RaceTrac’s Learning & Talent Management Software System.• Tracks and manages escalated problems with RaceTrac’s Learning & Talent Management Software System.• Maintains knowledge of HR functions and continually researches, benchmarks, and provides recommendations on best practices to support talent management.• Carries out ad hoc organizational project support to cross-functional initiatives as needed.

•Through personal fundraising efforts and organizational events, successfully raise over $20,000 in annual donations.•Skillfully plan, organize, coordinate logistics, and manage an annual fundraising banquet for over 300 adults.•Articulately communicate ministry updates and progress in newsletters sent to personal and area donor partners.•Proficiently maintain area administrative tasks, including handling donation income processing, and area records information on children, leaders, and donors.•Effectively recruit and train 5-10 new Volunteer Leaders to build a leadership team to reflect the community it serves.•Build and maintain partnerships with 25 volunteer community leaders, through the planning of scheduled one-on-one meetings, and through volunteer participation and interaction in regular organized events and activities.•Oversee Young Life area operations, including four high schools and over twenty Volunteer Adult Leaders.•Efficiently organize and lead weekly Young Life club events for over 100 high school students in attendance.•Proactively assist in running monthly board meetings, and encourage participation by board members in local events.•Network and develop strategic relationships and partnerships with key adults in the community, including school principals, pastors, parents, and potential board members.•Create and foster strategic relationships with adults in the community to proactively partner in fundraising activities.•Carefully plan and schedule trips for over 300 high school students twice annually, which includes budgeting, booking travel and accommodations, processing payments, and communicating with parents and trip destination contacts.•Thoroughly develop and implement a 12-month area public relations strategic plan, incorporating established goals.•Professionally manage weekly contact with over 20 Volunteers.•Provide articulate, prompt, appropriate, and professional communication to all participants involved in ministry.
