Managed and oversaw a part-time deputy organizer leading up to the General Election. Personally made 14,426 volunteer recruitment calls, 1,210 volunteers shifts recruited into turf, and 550 volunteer shifts completed in turf. Increased voter turnout in select counties by up to 6% as of Nov 16, specifically increased young voter turnout (18-24) in select counties by up to 433% from 2016-2020.
