I started my career as an apprentice at Rockliffe Hall, Darlington. After almost 2 years at Rockliffe I moved on to Ramside Hall as a Beauty Therapist. Following that I went and worked at the Beauty Lounge Darlington to rebuild my skills in the beauty side of the industry. Wanting to move up in my career I accepted the role as Treatment Manager at The Garage Spa. Unfortunately due to unpredictably of the hospitality industry through covid-19 I changed positions to EE where my complaint handling and admin skills really developed. I decided to relocate to Cornwall for a new change of pace where I accepted the role as shop assistant which was a stepping stone into Park Holidays where I have now moved up to Admin Manager.
