• Craft listing descriptions for residential and commercial properties by visiting to decide key selling points.• Determined value proposition to shape the business strategy.• Grew and maintained Instagram and Facebook accounts by monitoring analytics for effectiveness.• Cut out unnecessary costs that reduced total yearly spending by $3,000.

• Doubled sales of local restaurant within two months by getting approval for the off-campus meal plan, Elevate.• Developed university relations to get an exclusive food truck spot for additional revenue source.• Planned one-year anniversary event and communicated with local news outlets for coverage.• Maintained strategic partnerships with @yelpcville, Pawprints, and Flaire.• Identified campaign awareness opportunities for a local coffee shop that employs those with cognitive disabilities.
