Developing project management skills. - Supporting the planning and coordination of the data centre migration of 2500+ users. - Owning issue management and communication, particularly with high profile users. - Taking ownership of reporting on and analysing the business implications of user incidents directly created by the project - writing executive summaries for CIO and COO. - Developing skills in managing service from 3rd party technical vendors. - Maintenance of resource pool, project records and capacity plans for Data Centre Migration Project and for the wider IT department. - For wider IT department: Logging change requests, weekly reporting for CIO, timesheet management, reconciling company credit card statements for post implementation testing, processing and analysing overtime submissions and data. Assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of purchasing.
