Working around university studies, I work at Novotel part time

Crave Home is a homewares and gift store located on the North Shore of Auckland. At Crave Home, I worked a full Sunday shift and Monday afternoon shift, as well as holiday and Christmas casual shifts. Here, I worked front of house, packaged online orders, restocked shelves and completed phone orders. Working front of house meant I had to interact with customers providing support with gift buying, buying for themselves, sorting returns, exchanges and providing services for customer queries.
