Our goal is to reduce the time it is taking to cure cancer by allocating available resources to cancer-fighting organizations that need them. One Year for Cancer encourages everyone to spend a year of their lives working or volunteering for a cancer-fighting organization. We will help you find a position and track your time. We match people with full-time, part-time, and volunteer positions within the cancer industry.OYFC also works with non-profits to redevelop their volunteer programs to make room for skilled volunteers and the influx of experienced Baby Boomers who are looking to use their skills in a new capacity.
