- Responsible for managing and leading agency efforts in order to meet all client marketing and advertising needs. - Provides strategic direction, agency POVs, project management expertise and leadership in the development of the highest quality advertising. - Clients include: Loblaw Companies Limited, GlassBOX, Canada Health Infoway- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with clients and agency staff.- Manages the briefing process, obtaining brief/key information from client and develops creative brief.- Analyzes consumer and market data, providing strategic input and recommendations.- Provides input into the development of advertising strategies, the creative product, and media plans to ensure they are on strategy and of the highest quality.

- Work with clients to develop a positive partnering relationship, maintaining a full understanding of their business and an up- to-date understanding of CRM and the recruitment industry.- Clients include: Monster Worldwide- Work with the Account Director and Creative Director to develop briefs, presentation decks, rationales, and POVs.- Manage and mentor junior account and production teams on how to execute programs and communicate with clients.- Work with Budget Manager to oversee and manage client financials, ensuring that actuals are meeting projected estimates.- Manage, organize, and improve on various internal projects, initiatives, and processes. - Develop company wide standards for technical email development as well as establishing QA processes and standards.

- Manage and maintain client and account relationships with a variety of Fortune 500 companies across multiple verticals. - Clients include: Universal Studios Canada, Amgen, GE Mabe, Sears, Hershey, Thomas Cook, Parmalat, Sam's Club, and Scotiabank.- Communicate schedules, deliverables, and risks to stakeholders and assist in determining how to meet core business objectives.- Monitor and assist in the quality control process in both the pre and post development stages. - Manage, organize, and improve on various internal projects, initiatives, and processes.

- Manage internal and pro bono project work (Second Harvest), ensuring deliverables that are on-time and on-budget.- Assist with the maintenance of internal processes and procedures.- Assist with Project Management and Graphic Production overflow.

- Assist with Project Management overflow, including but not limited to: copydeck creation and editing, timeline creation, and internal resource management.- Assist with Graphic Production overflow, including editing and manipulating creative as well as the creation of original banner ads.- Assist with the Quality Control process, including copydeck line editing and final product reviews.
