Azrieli e-commerce's Technology Department is made up of 35 on site and global team members. We just recently launched a brand new site and brand, replacing all legacy platforms with new composable commerce technologies. This replatforming initiative, required our department to maintain and update the legacy site while also creating an alternative one. We integrated more than 12 different platforms, added our own customizations, and launched with no backlash. Key Tasks:•Leading the operational and administrative shift from local legacy team of 6 to fully functional on and off-site team of 35 to create the new composable commerce eco system. Ramping up and down team size, capacity and deliverables based on business needs and deadlines throughout the project. • Creating and maintaining department budget, as well running dedicated scenarios for possible alternative or feature based propositions, included analyzing the potential shift between manpower versus software usage for different opportunities.• Maintaining work plans and documentation up to standards of expectation, from ideation to released on site, adhering to goals, timelines and budgets for the appropriate completion of sprints and milestones.• Organizing and implementing team and cross-department protocols for best practices to be implemented and adhered to. Constant examination and redefining of processes where needed. Ensuring all is documented, monitored, observed and automated for most effective usage.• Data driven individual, always analyzing team progress metrics and action items for improvement • Hand in hand with product team, team leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Raising red flags where needed. Reviewing and revising resource allocation when fit.• Led meetings to detail project milestone successes, brainstorm ideas and determine appropriate techniques to improve.

The R&D department has been focusing on bringing new and advanced technologies into our in-house bidding and project management software, including new methods for producing and animating content. We have explored automated improvements from the very initial stages of a cost estimate for a client through to multi site staffing and inventory and final rendered-content that gets sent for air time on the big screen.Key Tasks:• Generating and managing project budgets & timelines• Implementing pre-defined strategies and stages• Overseeing all developments in R&D - setting milestones and coordinating inter-departmental production• Allocating and adjusting tasks and learning opportunities for a diverse team of 5-10 members, both on and off-site• For studio at large: Researching, planning, and implementing special case projects as needed.

Snowball services clients from around the world on high end 3D commercials, short term visual and special effects on movies, installments, museums, and rides as well as long term TV productions. Their repertoire ranges from quick projects, to multi-year and multi-million dollar productions.Key Tasks:• Understanding client needs, creating cost estimates and schedules for potential projects• Creating production setup prior to producer hand-off - including full production budgets, team building assumptions and project components/allocations, • Implementing and monitoring production reporting for accounting, client relations and follow up.

• Ensuring Israeli companies are market-ready with promotional materials and presentations for North America• Content Management for Homrun’s company profile - print materials, website, CRM system and social media• Event logistics and preparation for joint meetings, pitch sessions as well as company launch party• Coordinating and scheduling with North American members, including weekly e-bulletin• Day-to-day operations of creating an Israeli subsidiary - vendors, payments, contracts

• Oversee staff members, interns and volunteers, each focusing on a different and specific aspect of studying in Haifa• Develop marketing strategy to promote programs at conferences, international fairs and events• Responsible for managing programmers, designers, printing houses, vendors and suppliers for all marketing collateral• Implement and oversee marketing department tools and database• Create content and publish marketing materials: print, online, media and social media
