My interest in mental health sparked during my two weeks in Haiti after caring for children in an orphanage. Throughout the years, I've been fortunate to have experiences in both public and private sectors, whether in children's hospitals, community organizations, church ministries, or private mental health companies. These opportunities led me to serve a diverse group of people. I understand that people often feel overwhelmed and hopeless when faced with life challenges, and seeking help for mental health can come with a stigma. I love providing a space where people feel welcomed, seen, and heard while finding proactive and solution-focused ways to support their needs.
