The experience was incredible as working with people from an important company like Telefonica helped us understand in depth the meaning of user research and user experience. The clients of the company are numerous all over Greece including important supermarkets and hotel chains and the suppliers are located in many countries in Europe. Some of the key products of Introfex are cereals, cocoa and coffee filters. Working for INTROFEX company was my first touch with how a business works and grows. There i was able to work and observe many different departments such as production, customer service, supply chain, marketing and finance.
