Supporting local stakeholders with invoice administration and ad hoc finance questions.

• Responsible for accounting and payroll administration for our Nordic and Baltic region, including manager of two accounting associates.• Prepared consolidated annual report for Sweden including Nordic affiliates as well as local annual reports for Denmark, Finland and Norway.• Ensured our regional payroll and accounting function were following global policies and internal processes and executed annual internal controls.• During my management, an internal audit was conducted without any observations, which demonstrated that our function was aligned with Amgen policies.

• Responsible for accounting and payroll administration (80 employees) for the Swedish company.• Accounting and payroll administration for the Danish affiliate were moved to our head office and I ensured a smooth and successful transition.

• Responsible for accounting, invoices, payments, commission to site owners, VAT and payroll taxes, payroll incl. sales bonuses, monthly close and reconciliations.

• Responsible for accounts payable and supported accounting and finance function with ad hoc requests and reconciliations.• Supporting the implementation of a new purchasing order system.

• Responsible for accounting, monthly close, invoices, payments, commission to haulage drivers, VAT and other tax payments, payroll and supporting external auditors.

• Contingent worker as receptionist and administrative assignments.
