I’ve seen one too many online training programmes that have switched me off. The world of learning doesn’t need to be boring. My aim is to ensure that your people can’t wait for their next training course as much as a new Netflix season. From the: eager to learn to the reluctant cynic; the young new starter to the seasoned veteran; the underachievers to the top performers. Everyone who is investing their time in completing a programme deserves training that is thought-provoking, inspiring, engaging and very importantly, is credible, relevant and works in the real world. I’m involved in the course creation all the way through; topic research, angles for delivery, assisting with script creation, visuals, filming, voice overs and editing.
