• Integrated new camera system into a prototype automated, in-line visual inspection machine for cold headed studs.
• Designed a new part picking method for the prototype inspection machine to increase reliability.
• Designed a new part conveyance system for in-line inspections that presents every part to the cameras at the rate of the machine (~400 ppm).
