Developed crop insurance industry's first handheld software solution for MPCI loss adjustment to be fully deployed across entire loss adjustment staff. Design of crop insurance forms and closely worked with software developers for improving delivery with software with enhancements or new features. Maintain sales territory of independent insurance agents.
